You can smell the goodness before you even open the door. Like Grandma's bacon and eggs, and piping hot cinnamon rolls permeating through your sleepy fog filled mind. And you wake up to the aroma of sweet goodness. Don't you think its time for you to enjoy the memories, but make some for the new? The busiest time is early morning, 6:00 AM - 830 AM M-F. Indoor seating is available.

I came from south Texas “The 956 valley” and I tried this bread. OMG this is one of the best sweet bread I have ever tried. I have been to the Mexico City pan dulce famous one too and this bakery in forth worth is up there with them. Try it and you will not regret it,
The bread is soooo good 👍 😋 and plenty of variety, I wanted to grab at least one of each but it would have been too much. Great service, the bolillo super soft and delicious 😋
Loved the heart shaped concha. I surprised my family and friends with them this Valentines day. They loved them. Hope to make it a yearly tradition of mine.
Make sure you allow them to get your box for you cause it seemed they got upset when I grabbed it and I got a bit of an attitude when I said I wanted a the box vs the bag. Other than that, food is outstanding, and prices are exceptionally fair. Will absolutely keep coming back.
We went on a hunt for the best panadería in Fort Worth and this is now one of our favorites! Beautiful bakery with a huge selection. It’s clean, organized, with a staff that kept the line of customers moving smoothly. We will be back!
Hidden gem I saw on Tik Tok.... so glad I tried out this bakery! Their items are really delicious! I tried several types and flavors and every single one was tasty! They are also super huge- Texas size and at a great price for what you get! Lots of flavor combinations and choices! There must have been at least 50 different types. They also have lots of cakes in the fridge ready to go! Staff was friendly and helpful for my first visit. When you enter, get a silver pan and some tongs, then load up on the treats. Take your pan to the register and they will box them up for you. Next, I'll have to return and try the Strawberry puff croissant! Highly recommended!
We love the pastries and decided to order our daughters’ birthday cakes here. The order process was great, the person that helped us was very patient and thorough. The cakes were absolutely beautiful and delicious! We bought red velvet and chocolate. Our guests raved about the cakes and the red velvet was for sure the best I’ve ever had!
BEST PAN DULCE!! If you’ve never been to Guanajuato Bakery I highly recommend! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. It was not super busy but I think I got lucky in between the rushes. Once you enter, grab a tray & tongs. There is a HUGE selection from all the different types of pan to premade and custom cakes. We tried a bunch of different sweets. The concha was probably the best I’ve had in a long time! The tres leches was amazing as well as the arroz con leche. We live 3 hours away but will be stopping in every time we’re in the area!
